Caudex Medical is looking for a medical editor to join its New York office staff. A global medical communications agency, Caudex Medical employs more than 80 people in the United States and the United Kingdom. Caudex specializes in helping pharmaceutical companies with their education needs through consultancy, publication planning and management, medical writing and editing, meeting organization, and interactive media.
The medical editor will ensure the clarity and accuracy of the language and scientific content of medical publications, marketing copy, and training materials. Among other things, copy will include manuscripts, posters, slides, and Web content. Duties will also include some desk research.
This full-time medical editor position requires a degree in the life sciences and several years of experience editing medical communications or publications. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work directly with clients and clinic experts.
