Sarah Burke is an editor with Booz Allen Hamilton, a management consulting firm that has served government clients for over 90 years. She has worked for the firm as a technical editor, technical writer, and graphic designer since 2002. She also writes freelance articles and presents on topics in the field of technical communication.
As a technical editor, Sarah edits communications ranging from complex business case analyses to multimillion-dollar government proposals for the firm’s economic and business analysis practice. Prior to joining Booz Allen, she developed software documentation for custom Web applications, designed corporate marketing materials, and taught technical writing courses to undergraduate students. She holds a bachelor’s degree in history and a master’s degree in technical and scientific communication.
