On an otherwise dull day in the Word Cleaning department at Proactive Synergies Inc., a news release comes to your desk with a plea for a fast edit: “Just clean up any egregious spelling and punctuation mistakes.” There is no time for more. The release, about an appointment made earlier this month, has to be in the hands of key people by noon so it can be approved and sent to the compliance office in the afternoon.

Proactive Synergies Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessie D. Whittern as our new Executive Assistant Vice President, reporting to the Vice President of New Business Development.
Miss Wittern comes to PSI from our SynPro division, where he is director of Entrepreneurship.

Jessie holds an MBA in history from Beloit College, an a master’s degree in human relations from Ohio University-Athens, as well as flamenco dancing.
